Products
Every item sold is handmade to order or handmade in limited batches. Because each piece is crafted by hand, minor variations in colour, size, and finish between the product photo and the item you receive are normal and are not considered defects.
Orders and pricing
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order (with a full refund, if paid online) if a genuine error is found.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery and online payment (UPI, cards, netbanking) via Razorpay. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details.
Order confirmation
Placing an order on the website sends your order details to our team, who will confirm availability and final delivery details with you — typically over WhatsApp — before dispatch.
Intellectual property
All product photography, descriptions, and site content belong to Amoli SoulCraft and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
